These terms govern your use of xtoreverse.com. By submitting a requirement, listing a warehouse, or otherwise using this site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. What Xtoreverse Is

Xtoreverse is a managed flexible-warehousing network. We connect importers and exporters who need warehouse space with verified warehouse owners, and facilitate the introduction between them. We are not a real-estate broker or agent, we do not own or lease any of the warehouses listed through our network, and we are not a party to any lease or commercial agreement reached between a business and a warehouse owner.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and able to enter into binding agreements on behalf of your business to use this site.

3. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information in any form you submit.
• If listing a warehouse, confirm you own the property or are authorized to lease it on the owner's behalf.
• Conduct your own due diligence before entering into any commercial agreement introduced through Xtoreverse.

4. No Guaranteed Outcome

Submitting a requirement or listing a warehouse does not guarantee a match. Matching depends on genuine availability and demand within our network at the time. Where we do identify a suitable match, commercial terms (rent, tenure, and other conditions) are negotiated directly between you and the other party — Xtoreverse facilitates the introduction but does not set or guarantee pricing or terms.

5. Verification

We review warehouse listings against the checks described on our Warehouse Verification page. This review does not constitute a warranty or guarantee of a facility's condition, compliance, or fitness for any particular use. You're responsible for confirming any details that matter to your decision before finalising an agreement.

6. Fees

We do not currently charge a fee for submitting a requirement or listing a warehouse. If this changes in the future, we will communicate the change clearly before it applies to you.

7. Limitation of Liability

Xtoreverse is not liable for disputes, losses, or damages arising from agreements or dealings between businesses and warehouse owners introduced through our network. Our role is limited to matching and facilitating introductions based on the information provided to us.

8. Termination

We may suspend or refuse service to anyone who misuses the platform, submits false information, or violates these terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as our service evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
