• If you're looking for warehouse space: company name, contact person, email, phone, required location, capacity, duration, and any additional requirements you share (cargo type, temperature/hazardous needs, budget range, etc.).
• If you're listing a warehouse: warehouse name, owner name, email, phone, location, area, rent expectations, tenure, cargo types supported, and facility details you provide.

We do not currently use advertising or analytics tracking cookies. We only use what your browser needs to function correctly (e.g. remembering your interface preferences).

2. How We Use Your Information

• To match your requirement with suitable warehouse owners, or your listing with suitable requirements, from our network.
• To contact you about your enquiry or listing.
• To verify warehouse details as described on our Warehouse Verification page.
• To improve our service and respond to support requests.

3. How We Share Your Information

When we identify a suitable match, we share the relevant details of your requirement or listing with the other party (for example, a warehouse owner and the business we're matching them with) so they can connect directly. We do not sell your information to third parties. We use Google's infrastructure to store submitted form data securely; we do not share it with other third-party services beyond what's needed to operate this matching process.

4. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as it's useful for matching and follow-up, or until you ask us to delete it.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@xtoreverse.com.

6. Children's Privacy

Xtoreverse is a B2B service intended for businesses and individuals aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
