A straightforward, team-assisted process from submission to a direct conversation with the other side.
You Submit a Requirement or Listing
Importers and exporters share location, capacity, cargo type and duration. Warehouse owners share location, available area, rent expectations and facility details. Either form takes a few minutes.
We Review and Verify
Our team reviews the submission. For warehouse listings, that means checking against our owner, facility, operational and availability verification tiers before it's shared with any business.
We Match and Introduce
When we find a suitable pairing, we introduce both sides directly. You're not sent a list of unfiltered leads — you're connected with a requirement or a listing that actually fits.
You Negotiate and Finalise
Commercial terms — rent, tenure, and other conditions — are agreed directly between you and the other party. Our team can support site visits and the introduction, but we're not a party to the final agreement.
